BSN and Beyond, LLC

Effective Date: December 1st, 2025

  1. Services Provided

BSN and Beyond, LLC provides 1:1 coaching and educational guidance related to nursing school applications and career advancement. Services may include, but are not limited to, application strategy, school selection guidance, document review, personal statement feedback, resume review, and admissions planning.

BSN and Beyond, LLC does not represent, guarantee placement with, or act on behalf of any nursing school, college, university, or admissions committee.

  1. No Guarantee of Admission

Admission decisions are made solely by nursing schools and admissions committees.

  • BSN and Beyond, LLC makes no guarantees of acceptance, enrollment, or admission.
  • Participation in coaching services does not ensure admission.
  • No guarantee of admission exists after two (2) admissions cycles, regardless of services rendered or client compliance.
  1. Client Cooperation and Transparency

Effective coaching requires full cooperation and honest disclosure. Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times, including:

  • Academic transcripts
  • Resumes or CVs
  • Test scores
  • Personal statements
  • Letters of recommendation (if applicable)
  • Any other relevant documentation

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may limit service effectiveness and does not constitute fault by BSN and Beyond, LLC.

  1. Responsibility for Records and Submissions

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining official transcripts and academic records
  • Submitting applications, fees, and documentation
  • Meeting deadlines set by schools or testing agencies

 BSN and Beyond, LLC is not responsible for missed deadlines, incomplete applications, or errors resulting from client-provided or third-party information.

  1. No Legal or Financial Advice

All services are educational and advisory only. BSN and Beyond, LLC does not provide legal advice or financial aid counseling. Clients should consult appropriate licensed professionals when necessary.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSN and Beyond, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Admissions decisions made by nursing schools
  • Loss of opportunity due to inaccurate or incomplete submissions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  1. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, frameworks, templates, guides, and content provided by BSN and Beyond, LLC are proprietary intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is prohibited.

  1. Coaching Nature Acknowledgment

Clients acknowledge that 1:1 coaching is personalized, time-based, and dependent on client effort, responsiveness, and external factors beyond the control of BSN and Beyond, LLC.

  1. Refund Policy

All payments for BSN and Beyond, LLC services are final and non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued once services are purchased.
  • Lack of admission, dissatisfaction with outcomes, or personal circumstance changes do not qualify for refunds.
  • No refunds will be issued after two (2) admissions cycles.
  1. Cancellation, Termination, and No-Show Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel services by written notice.
  • Cancellation does not result in a refund.
  • Missed sessions or failure to attend scheduled calls without notice are considered no-shows and count as completed sessions.

Coach-Initiated Termination

 BSN and Beyond, LLC may terminate services for:

 Non-cooperation or lack of transparency

  • Failure to submit required documents
  • Misrepresentation or falsification of records
  • Disrespectful, abusive, or unethical behavior
  • Violation of these Terms

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

  1. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Service Duration
  • Sessions must be scheduled within the active service period.
  • Rescheduling must occur within the timeframe specified by BSN and Beyond, LLC.
  • Excessive rescheduling or inactivity may result in forfeiture of remaining services.
  • Unused sessions do not roll over.
  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.

In the event of a chargeback:

  • BSN and Beyond, LLC may submit records, communications, and these Terms to the payment processor.
  • Clients may be restricted from future services.
  1. Confidentiality

Reasonable efforts will be made to protect client information. Confidentiality does not apply to information that is public, independently obtained, or legally required to be disclosed.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Binding Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Texas.

Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions

Clients waive the right to a jury trial and agree to bring claims individually only.

Injunctive Relief

BSN and Beyond, LLC may seek injunctive or equitable relief in Texas courts to protect its intellectual property or business interests.

Severability 

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enrolling in BSN and Beyond services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
