Her extensive clinical background, combined with a genuine passion for mentorship and education, has made her a trusted guide for aspiring and practicing nurses alike.
Throughout her career, Chi-Chi has supported countless individuals on their journey into nursing and advanced practice. She understands the challenges of changing careers, balancing school with life, and navigating the complex admissions process — because she’s been there herself. That experience inspired her to create BSN & Beyond, a supportive ecosystem designed to help nurses and future nurses achieve their goals with clarity and confidence.
Through her tailored Coaching Programs, Chi-Chi provides step-by-step support for both Second-Degree BSN applicants and Graduate Nursing students — from application strategy and school selection to personal statements and interview prep.
