Chi-Chi Acho (MBA, MSN, APRN, CPNP-PC) is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of diverse nursing experience — spanning labor and delivery, newborn care, school health, and leadership roles in nursing management.

A graduate of a Second Degree BSN program, Chi-chi knows first hand the passion and fervor clients have for transitioning from one industry into nursing as a second career. Her extensive clinical background, combined with a genuine passion for mentorship and education, has made her a trusted guide for aspiring and practicing nurses alike

Through her tailored Coaching Programs, Chi-Chi provides step-by-step support for both Second-Degree BSN applicants and Graduate Nursing students — from application strategy and school selection to personal statements and interview prep.
